Delete PortNum
위같은 그림이 되기 때문에 이전처럼 단일계층구조로 하면 안되고 계층구조가 두개있어야함
그래서 보낼때 portnum을 전달하면서 보내는게 아니고 IP Layer에서 옆에있는 IP Layer로 전달해서 전송이 되는 방식
왜냐면 NILayer가 adapter 두개를 동시에 돌리는 구조가 아니기 때문에 전송시 portnum을 바꾸면 나머지 한 adapter는 다시 portnum을 바꾸기 전까지 송수신 둘 다 안됨
