openwahl's Introduction

Dieses Repository soll einmal eine FOSS Wahlsoftware enthalten, die die selbe Funktion wie PC-Wahl erfüllt, allerdings Freie Software und damit für alle einsehbar ist.

Die Aufgabenliste ist folgende:
- Gezählte Stimmen erfassen
- Die erfassen Stimmen signieren und exportieren (Menschen- und Maschinenlesbar)
- Exportierte Stimmen von mehreren Wahllokalen/Wahlbezirken/... einlesen, verifizieren, kombinieren und neu exportieren
- Statistiken aus den Daten erstellen

Im Moment ist die eigentliche Software nur eine Idee, dieses Repo eine Konzeptsammlung.
