Be nice to support ICMP echo request/ping knock of a specific size as well.

my home IP has V6 (ISP locked), and plugin does not force V4, seems to send packets via V6. Is it possible to correct that ?

Using knockd on server side (both debian wheezy and ubuntu trusty), I set a sequence of knocks like:

sequence = 20xx,30yy,20xx

and while I can have the sequence correctly processed with latest Kitty ssh client, using this plugin only the knocks on the first port are received, ie a port knocking sequence configured as above results in the following on the syslog:

Sep 11 10:01:49 mynas knockd: aa.bb.cc.dd: SSH: Stage 1
Sep 11 10:01:52 mynas knockd: aa.bb.cc.dd: SSH: Stage 1

This plugin has not been available on the Play Store for a while. Could we get it back up again? :)

At the moment, KnockSequence.java#166 attempts to open a full socket (read: full tcp handshake) with a 1000ms timeout to the knock destination for TCP packets, when all it actually needs to do is fire off a TCP SYN.
