As requested by Customers on Sonatype's September 2023 Office Hours, it is requested that web hooks can be routed based on Application as well as Webhook Event Type.

When a webhook notification is received by IQ we need to route it to the correct channel. The config.json will look something like this:

• Discuss with CS other popular messaging platforms which Sonatype customers use and would be valuable to add to this integration.

Policy Violation Alerts create a new Webhook notification ONLY when new violations are detected. This payload also contains a detailed list of each individual issue detected.

Currently slack messages are sent to the default slack URL, Microsoft teams to the teams URL, etc. We want to add another layer of parsing so that applications can optionally be routed to other URLs beyond the default.

Slack allows you to automatically create apps using a configuration manifest as .JSON or .YAML. An example manifest would be helpful for creating a new Slack app more quickly.

Plan is for a single executable application to handle webhooks from Sonatype Platform.
