The ui I talked about with Lukas was originally going to have checkboxes for downloading the: cDNA, CDS, protein, etc.. of a feature, but many of those options only make sense for genes. Since the bulk downloader allows you to input 10K identifiers of any type, the UI would be really awkward.

So we are going to have a bulk downloader that just returns the entire sequence of each feature (which is 99% done right now) and then create a bulk gene downloader that has options which are gene-specific, but mostly acts like the bulk feature downloader.
