URL for chefdk seems to have changed.

Old get_url line in tasks_chef_sdk.yml

"https://packages.chef.io/stable/{{ ansible_distribution | lower }}/{{ansible_distribution_version}}/chefdk_{{ chef_sdk_version |  default('1.0.3')}}-1_amd64.deb" dest="/tmp/chefsdk.deb"

new get url for ubuntu:

 https://packages.chef.io/files/stable/chefdk/1.2.20/ubuntu/16.04/chefdk_1.2.20-1_amd64.deb

so the fix is:

get_url: validate_certs="false" url="https://packages.chef.io/files/stable/chefdk/{{ chef_sdk_version}}/{{ ansible_distribution | lower }}/{{ansible_distribution_version}}/chefdk_{{ chef_sdk_version}}-1_amd64.deb" dest="/tmp/chefsdk.deb"
