I had a small error in update_2.2.0.js because I had restored my history file from a spreadsheet backup in which commas were added to the formatting. Since there aren't any commas natively in the history file, the update and recalculation scripts can just search and replace commas out in case they are present.

I'd like to be able to set how long the limit orders are on the books before they're cleared. In this instance, I'd like to be able for all the limit orders to accumulate for a week, with the oldest orders deleted on a trailing 7-day timeline.

Provide a flag to tell it to use the cache for new users to not have to manage the cache file manually.
