The contributing guidelines should be updated to the new standard, that gives the repository maintainer the privileges of merging their own pull request and that does not require linked issues for each pull request.

A lot of KVMs are needed to power a okd cluster.

As SNEK I want to have the possibility to automatically deploy code, in order to save time.

Currently the code has to be deployed manually every time a new version of the platform is released.
