Instead of having so much duplicate code, update the original schotter implmentation to dynamically except the columns amount (what we use to make the width larger).

I'd like to be able to run a command to produce an image output for every piece in a collection

possible implementation ideas:

• a trait each piece must use
• convert each piece to be part of a single library
• create a cli package that can build each piece

A big goal of these is being able to produce images that we can display on a web page for every piece
