The textarea is limited to 200px in height, this makes it hard for someone to add/review a longer description or plan.

Remove the minimum size, so that the user is able to see the entire description.

When time expires, 'Add 15 minutes' option just adds 15 minutes to the deadline, which doesn't make sense as that might have passed a long time ago.
