Hi,

the new js-controller 2.0 will come into latest repository in the next days and we want to make sure that all adapters are working well. We already did a 2 weeks Beta test and so some adapter were aleady checked and some needed slight adjustments.

You can find more information in ioBroker/ioBroker.js-controller#482 and in the ioBroker Forum. If you have more technical questions please write in the referenced issue or in the Developer thread please. General questions are best in the genral thread.

Please update your systems to js-controller 2.0 and check your adapter.

Please close this issue once you have checked your adapter or received successfull reports from users.

I have configured my ccu.io so that I can reach a https+authentication version using a port-forwarding also from the Internet. But the ScriptGUI.app don't want to connect as soon as HTTPS/Auth is present (without providing an error.message, but blue flag only appears very short).

More verbose error messages on connection errors would be great too :-)

Könnte ich gerade brauchen um zu ermitteln wie lange etwas auf einem bestimmten Status war oder so.
Als Ergebnis könnte man Anzahl Sekunden (oder Minuten) zurückgeben und dann damit als Zahl Arbeiten.

Würde man das auch zu "Math" packen? Denke ja.

Wenn ok würd eich mich ggf. auch hieran mal versuchen (wenn ich "abs" geschafft habe :-) )

The upcoming version 2.0.0 of js-controller will support a new mode for low memory devices. For this, a few minor adjustments to the adapter must be made. Please follow these instructions: https://forum.iobroker.net/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=20387#p213466

Wenn man komplexe Programme schreibt dann führt man ja durchaus manchmal Aktionen auf dem gleichen Gerät hintereinander aus.
Ein Beispiel: "Entsperre die Keymatic, danach Mach die Tür auf".

Aktuell kann man nur dafür sorgen das die Aktionen im Skript in der richtigen Reihenfolge abgearbeitet werden und hoffen das der eine Befehl raus ist. Oder gibt es einfache Möglichkeiten das zu prüfen?
Von daher wäre es nicht schlecht an eine "Set"-Funktion soeine Art "Trigger" dranzuhängen der nach Bestätigung der Aktion durch die Komponente erst ausgeführt wird.

with js-controller 4.0 object definitions are now also checked that min/max in only provided for number/mixed objects and that the type of the default value matches to the object type.

If something is not correct this is logged as 'warning' or 'info' log.

Please also make sure to update to the lastest @iobroker/testing dependency 2.5.4 or to accept the PR from Apollon77 for legacy testing!

Please spent some time to verify your adapter by ideally starting with a fresh instance and do some actions and verify the log. If you see a warn or info log there from these checks please adjust the adapter and fix the relevant cases.

Dear Adapter develop,

Node.js 14 is now available for a year and Node.js 16 was release just some days ago and will become LTS by October 2021. We plan to update the ioBroker Node.js recommendation (currently 12.x) to 14.x later this year.

Please check your adapter with Node.js 14 especially, and ideally also directly with Node.js 16

Please add both versions to the adapter testing which is executed on commits.

If your adapter requires a certain minimum version of Node.js please set the 'engine' setting in package.json accordingly! Please also do this if the adapter is not able to work in certain Node.js versions, so that ioBroker can prevent users from installing te adapter if not compatible!

Wenn man textfelder oder Kommentare nutzt dann werden diese beim neuen öffnen nicht mehr mit der mal eingestellten Höhe/Länge dargestellt sondern quasi auf Standardbreiten zurückgesetzt. Für die meisten anderen Elemnte ist das kein Problem weil die größe durch den "Standard-Inhalt" eh definiert ist.

Am Ende ist das nervig weil pot. längere Kommentare (damit man bei komplexen Skripten noch durchblicks) dann Elemente verdecken und es auch sonst die Darstellung "zerhaut"

Additionally we are preparing Admin 5 which will have a completely rewritten UI. Please install Admin 5, activate that new UI and verify that the configuration of you adapter works as expected also there.

Hi Steffen,

ich fange gerade an meine ganzen CCU-Programme auf ccu.io (am Ende auch in
Vorbereitung auf iobroker) umzustellen. Und da bin icj aktuell bei den
Rolladen und habe zwei Themen:

1.) Aktuell fahren meine Rolladen bei -6 Azimut. Das wäre in der
Skriptengine "dusk" bzw. "dawn". Genau diese beiden fehlen aber im
Astro-Trigger :-( Kannst DU die nachrüsten?

2.) Morgens fahren meine Rolladen aktuell nach der Logik: "Wenn Dämmerung
gestartet (>-6 Azimut), aber nicht vor 6:00 Uhr". WIe würde ich das in der
SkriptGUI umsetzen? Das Thema "Uhrzeitenvergleiche" ist noch nicht ganz in
meinem Kopf gelandet ...

Bei den Math-Bausteinen könnte in meinen Augen noch ein "abs" sinn machen (vor allem nach "diff").

Wenn für dich ok würde ich bei Gelegenheit mal versuchen das selbst einzubauen und einen pull request zu machen ... wäre aber super wenn du #2 bis dahin geprüft hast - hatte leider vergessen eigenen branch je änderung anzulegen daher jetzt vermischt im master bei mir ...

Ich habe mir mal den Code angeschaut und die ganzen Blöcke sind ja in recht großen Methoden definiert die mit jedem neuen Block auch länger werden.

Ich denke hier könnte ein modularerer Aufbau, wie mind. pro Funktionsblock mehrere Methoden in einer Klasse oder noch besser je Funktionsblock eine Klasse mit Methoden für die Darstellung und zum "compilen", helfen das man neue Module einfacher und schneller erweitern kann.

Ich weiss, ein grosser (einmaliger) Refactoring- und Testing-Aufwand, aber könnte helfen. Was denkst Du dazu?
