Hey

Didn't find any other section to contact you.
First of all, you've been making such a great job for doing this.
Anyway, I was wondering that does it need a lot of work to make this work from a website? Players would join to pug on website and after it has reached 10 players it would randomly choose 2 captains and those pick players for their teams. And after that there would be a map vote and then when everything is ready to go the website would give IP:PW

[Bug] CVar pug_timeleft causes intro HUD message to not appear

If i add pug_timeleft in amxx.cfg, ( for example pug_timeleft = 150), the intro message ( Welcome to /n You must type !add...) is shown for a split second before the information window opens. After closing the window the message does not reappear.

Running updated HLDS beta on linux with amxmodx v 1.8.2. Plugin version 1.1.6

[Bug] Cvar pug_players causes plugin to add password to empty server

I extensively tested this to single out this cvar as the cause of the problem. If added to amxx.cfg, the plugin puts a random pass on the server even when it's empty. Also, removing it from amxx.cfg does not remove the problem. The server requires a restart before it's fixed. ( I stopped the process and relaunched it, but a console restart might also work.)

HLTV Auto Record Demo

I am trying to find a way to auto-record HLTV demos of pugs. Looking in the CVAR section I see reference to HLTV:

pug_hltv_host - Remote HLTV IP address
pug_hltv_port - Remote HLTV Port
pug_hltv_pass - Remote HLTV (Rcon|adminpass) Password
pug_hltv_demo_dir - Demos sub-dir (Stored at cstrike folder)
pug_hltv_demo_name - Demo name prefix (Ie. pug will be saved as pug-1504070051-de_dust2.dem)

However, looking in the actual pugmod.rc file it doesn't look like these are included?

Questions

  • If these CVAR settings are entered does the mod to auto record pugs?
  • Do you have to enter a demo sub-dir?
  • If using a separate HLTV would the demos be located under the HLTV or Game Server?

I appreciate any info or examples you can provide. The mod has been working great for our Pugs!

Some features you should add.

You should really add these features.

  1. Instead of only .hp .dmg also access to /hp /dmg. I mean / for all commands.
  2. Enable to disable Auto team selection when player connects. Auto Team selection is what I want everytime.
  3. Auto ready is not working after vote map and map changes. Auto ready should work in every situation. I have set to 10 but in some case after match ends and then match starts, it doesn't work.

cvars.htm & pugmode.rc, request to make descriptions more specific

  1. pugmode.rc contains "pug_acess_mode" while cvar.htm contains "pug_access_mode". Also description of this cvar is no so clear.
  2. "pug_players_min_default" and "pug_players_max_default" description in cvar.htm is not very clear. It says "Minimum/maximum players to reset". To reset what? Maybe with these cvars you set min number of players needed to start pug and max number of players allowed to server (maybe I'm wrong)?
  3. What's the difference between "pug_intermission_time" and "pug_switch_delay". Maybe you could make descriptions of these commands in cvar.htm more clear?
  4. "pug_vote_delay" also has not very clear description. In cvar.htm it says "Delay to end a vote". Maybe you could specify which vote?
  5. Also, many cvars are missing on your github readme.md file, under title ".convars (Needs to be updated)".

Won't Compile

When I pull the latest version of this plugin and attempt to compile (being sure to use the include files) I receive nothing but errors:
error 017: undefined symbol "create_cvar"

This happens when attempting to compile all the sma files. Please help, I would love to use this mod for my Clan's pug server.
