The bot used to have /setcurrency command but hasn't been added yet in rewrite

Issue description
When using the /rankings command the URL linked to the player is invalid. The site only supports Ronin Address to show the player's profile. The bot is passing the User ID to the URL making it invalid.

Expected behavior
The id passed in the URL should be the Ronin address of the player, not the User ID

Additional context
The API used for /rankings command only returns the User ID of the players and doesn't include the Ronin address which is required to make the URL valid. Another request is required to retrieve the player's Ronin address

The bot support's multiple languages but it uses the locale of the user's interaction which could be wrong.
