YamsUploader

Uploads folder to Yams cluster. To be used with Octopus deploy

#Usage example

DeployRunner.exe -YamsStorage UseDevelopmentStorage=true `
>> -ClusterId testcluster `
>> -BinariesPath "c:\users\admin\Documents\Visual Studio 2015\Projects\DeployRunner\bin\debug" `
