Hi, I can' find disconnected.wav sound clip in Core dir.

I am writing svx setup/installation/update script for OrangePi Zero(first) and would like to add link to your repository so sounds can be installed and configured.
I did look for a fixed link to "the Latest" but, I can not find it. Would it be possible to have something like
https://github.com/sm0svx/svxlink-sounds-en_US-heather/releases/download/svxlink-sounds-en_US-heather-16k.tar.bz2 so my script can always depend on it? Perhaps add README.me inside with the release version?

Maybe it is a good idea add missing wav files for SipLogic which is in the official svxlink code:

The wav files are on github DL1HRC Adi who is the author code SipLogic in svxlink

The two tarballs seem to be the same, and are also named the same but are in different directories. Using the 'cmp' command, they test to be exactly the same binary file byte-for-byte.

all others file a correct
en_US/Default/phonetic_z.wav' : Signed 16 bit Little Endian, Rate 16000 Hz, Mono
