現状、コマンドに限らず様々な部分でRust自体の機能をフル活用できていないのでリファクタリングをしたいです

概要 / Overview

音楽Botの急激な減少に伴い、公開されているBotを探すのが大変になったため、estellaに音楽再生機能を実装します。

With the rapid decline in the number of music bots, it has become difficult to find publicly available bots, so we are implementing a music player feature in estella.

条件 / Requirements

• VCの入退出ができる / Can connect and disconnect VC.
• 音楽が再生できる / Can play music.
• あらゆるプラットフォームに対応する / Compatible with any platform.
• ライブ配信(yotube liveなど)のストリーミングに対応する / Support for live streaming(e.g. youtube live, etc.).
• /play, /connect, /disconnectコマンドが実装されている / /play, /connect, /disconnect commands are implemented.
  なお、もし/playのみでライブと通常再生の識別が難しい場合は/play (normal | stream)などで分割しても良いこととします。
  If it is difficult to implement between live and normal play using only /play, it is acceptable to split the playback into /play (normal | stream) and so on.
• 今後のために音声統合ができるようにする / Allow voice integration for future use.

概要 / Overview

今後を踏まえて現状のデータベース設計をSeaORMに移行したいです。

現状の読み上げBotでは動作が不安定なので、estellaに読み上げ機能を追加したいと考えています。

We would like to add TTS feature to estella as the current TTSBot is unstable in its operation.

したいこと / Want to do

• Voiceroidを使用した読み上げ機能 / TTS feature with Voiceroid
• 指定したテキストチャンネルに送信された文章を読み上げる / Reads text sent to a specified text channel

課題 / Issue

• #1 との共存性を保たなくてはなりません / Must maintain coexistence with #1
• Voiceroidはwindowsアプリケーションのため、linux運用を前提としているestellaに実装するのは難しいかもしれません / Voiceroid is a windows application, so it may be difficult to implement in estella, which is designed for linux operation
