This'll allow new contributors to use a package manager of their choice for most of the occasions and at the same time avoid cluttering the codebase.

As of now since the dimensions aren't one to one the icon is displayed as follows. The following screenshot is in firefox but the scenario might apply to multiple other places

The same steps which are being used in these workflows have been extracted into a repo as composite actions so that they could be reused for other projects. This issue is to clean the workflows in this repo to use those actions.
