The issue is actually ExplorerScript, the graph handling building code of the decompiler.
Appereantly on the release version a stack limit is hit while adding the edges to the graph. Simplest solution would be to rewrite the edge-adding code to be non-recursive is possible. Implementation can be checked against current ExplorerScript output.
