classy-api's Issues

Allow user to share their calendar with the service account.

https://developers.google.com/calendar/v3/reference/calendarList/insert

Use this as a reference as to how to allow users to share a personal calendar with the api.
Instead of letting the service worker create calendars (that cannot be shared), the user will supply the calendar(s) from another google/GSuite account. I think they will still need to share the calendar(s) within the Calendar UI. This should at least help to streamline the process.

Add automation via Cronjobs

Automate:

DELETE on /api/cron/prune/users—> permanently removes all users where status === “deleted” and deleted_date >= 30days

GET /api/cron/notify/jobs?cutlist=false —> send email to shop.admin and office.admin with all jobs <= 5day away and no cutlist has been provided

and any other cronjobs you can think to automate
