Update readme

Add in readme that is necessary set the domain parameter in www.namesite.com way.
Explain in readme how to generate the sitemap with fixed placeholders in url for ex:
/fixed1/fixed2/{iteration}
Actually some people may think only real symfony routes are allowed instead of "legacy" ones created for sitemap only generation

Domain must be defined

If I do not have the parameter %domain%

->scalarNode('host')->defaultValue('%domain%')->end()

The service "skuola.command.sitemap_generator" has a dependency on a non-existent parameter "domain".
