#1. The zlib source seems to have some problems today. Lots of retrying to download it. I had to manually build out nginx and rebuild the cog before it would work
#2. $OPENSHIFT_DIY_LOG_DIR doesn't exsist. I replaced this is the templates with $OPENSHIFT_LOG_DIR.

The issue appears to be in the build file with the pcre options.

Any advice?
