Improvement suggestion on file("README.md")

I've followed up the instruction but still failed which might be caused by the below problems:

  • Setting up the db user, db right in mongodb
  • APP_ENV not specified with the value "dev" at /.env.example:1
  • sh: concurrently: command not found when I use npm run start

I think a better version of readme.md should also document the above situations.
