Thank you very much for your work. I just came into contact with the qpbo algorithm recently. I tried to use the qpbo algorithm to fuse different depth maps. According to your example, I know that the entire image should be used as a graph, but it is not clear how to add nodes and set energy function in my application, can you help me?

Attempting to install using 'pip install thinqpbo' results in the following error:
'thinqpbo/src/_qpbo.pyx' doesn't match any files

As in the other issue I've made regarding pulling submodules from GitHub, my setup is Python 3.4 running on Windows Subsystem for Linux, on Windows 10.

The specific error I am seeing is this:
Unable to checkout 'ea0ce275be9a9964b682c65bfa6b006984c829a8' in submodule path 'thinqpbo/src/core'

My configuration is Windows Subsystem for Linux, running Python 3.4. I have Cython installed.

Is it possible that you have a commit for that submodule in src/core that has not made it up to GitHub?
