Test if your system supports Vulkan

This tiny program checks if your Windows system is capable of creating a Vulkan instance. If not, it will give a hint as to why (missing drivers, malfunctioning drivers, incompatible drivers).
This began as my initial foray into Vulkan, only to disappoint me that my hardware isn't supported.
When i open the program. Its shows me a Failure and tells me:
Vulkan drivers installed and funcotioning but are incompatible. An instace could not be created.
So i dont understand what it means.
I downloaded the exe.
Start it (as user or as admin) and just nothing happens. WHat does this mean?
is this also detect that my GPU support Vulkan?
It would be nice if this was portable on more platforms than just Windows.

Close program.
Task Manager -> still running -> have to manually end the process.
