一直报错：
org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating bean with name 'approveController' defined in file
查原因都说是缺少jar包，但加入依赖后依然不能解决问题，而且也不应该缺少包吧？？

Thank you for your working-hard updating.But i have some new problems for you.

1. Maven finds out that org.hibernate:hibernate-commons-annotations.4.3.11.jar cannot find in any Repositories in the web,so i take org.hibernate.common : hibernate-commons-annotations . 5.0.1.Finalinsteaded,maven complied successfully without any exceptions.
2. after deploy on jetty,when i press url like http://localhost:8080/user/loginPage which i find in your Controller-code in the url bar,it always appealing "HTTP ERROR 404";and my jetty port is 8080;

I feel that you put less jar than you really need .Course i deploy on my tomcat nest a exception that "Exception thrown from ApplicationListener handling ContextClosedEvent
java.lang.IllegalStateException: ApplicationEventMulticaster not initialized - call 'refresh' before multicasting events via the context: Root WebApplicationContext: startup date [Fri May 12 17:53:23 CST 2017]; root of context hierarchy"
please check out and update ASAP.
otherwise,i strongly recommend you Maven or Gradle to manage your employeeManager Project's build.
