Add the option to play a sound for new mail notifications.
If the option is selected the sound must play both with desktop notifications 
enabled or not.

Add an option page where the user can specify personalization of Gmail Favicon 
Notifier.

In this first step the user can enable/disable:
* desktop toast notification
* new chat message notification

Put a different desktop notification icon based on the notification type (new 
mail or new GTalk message).

Change also the message in order to be more precise:
 - for GTalk notification says who has sent the message
 - for new mail notification says the inbox email address who fired it

Add an option that let you personalize the seconds after witch desktop 
notifications disappear 

Create a new icon with related favicon for the extension. The courrent one is 
too pink.

Add a favicon to display when there are more then 3 unread mails.

Improve options page UI.
