can not start rails with i18n_language_select

If I put

gem 'i18n_language_select'

into Gemfile I get error

bin/rails:6: warning: already initialized constant APP_PATH
bin/rails:6: warning: previous definition of APP_PATH was here

and rails wont start

rake i18n_language_select:import aborts with NameError: uninitialized constant I18nLanguageSelect::NAMESPACE 

$ rake i18n_language_select:import
rake aborted!

sorting problem

With :cs locale is 'čeština' at the end of list (after z) should be after 'cebuánština'
