I have not found a way to suppress the stout observer. There is a detach method, but there is no method to get attached observers.

Allowing a way to suppress the output would be great!

When I create a Todo item, and I assign it to someone, it does not generate the email that you get when you assign a task by hand.

Can this be fixed?

Hey, a love your api but somehow when i try to get the timeentries for a project i only get the first page although the function suggests i get all the time entries. I suppose this is a bug?

The Zend dependency is not managed by Composer, so when installing via Composer - no Zend dependency is downloaded. Also, the library uses the old namespacing method from Zend (i'm assuming) because Zend appears to be using psr-0 now.
