As discussed on the upstream fork and the MTBS forums, the iZ3D code is not in a working state. It targets an obsolete version of Visual Studio, is missing in-tree dependency binaries, and requires the proprietary MadCodeHook DLL Injector (not included in the source code for obvious reasons).

I propose the following steps to try and get the code in a buildable state, and open the door to modification, bugfixing, and open source releases:

• get source code to compile on recent versions of MSVC.
• replace MadCodeHook
• add working versions of dependencies, which should eventually be updated to avoid security/compatibility issues.

I personally don't see an issue in updating the dependencies while they get replaced. It lets me use vcpkg to maintain most of them.

Other things to be worked out after getting the code working:
LlamaXML is GPL and clashes with the current BSD license.
