I changed two things:
1- adding API key
2- running parcel with custom cert and key and port.
This is the error:

I'm trying to force video preview size via rtc media track constraints. However displayed video size doesn't change. Additionally, it seems that video is mirrored by default so I have to include mirrored={false}

The problem seems to be related to the "addLocalMedia" action - when I directly add local media with "screenCapture: true" everything works as expected.
