I was about to do it in a pull request but realized later the repo doesn't contain the actual page.
If you put it there I can fix it for you.

The page is in the gh-pages branch. I’ve added Bootstrap tooltips to the icons now. Let me know if anything’s not working properly.

My solution doesn’t help users on touch-screen devices (tooltips work on the hover state). If you want to fork me and put a better solution in place feel free!

I’ve removed the Bootstrap solution as it seemed overkill. I’ve left titles on the tags (I don’t use for the icons. with a background images applied using CSS is more flexible, and allows me to conditionally supply higher resolution icons to high-DPI screens).
