standardformatter returns only minutes and seconds when seconds is 0 ~ 9.

• What is the expected behavior?

It is expected to show whole time.

When I develop clock, I found returned string awkward when the second becomes zero.

I think whole formatter structure should be fixed.

When gadget pause and restarts, It skipped one unit. probably It can be solved by changing 'once' property.

Gadgets only returns current time when it ticks by giving argument to function

• What is the expected behavior?

Gadgets should return current time when specific function is called.

• What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?

Current gadgets can return current time when they ticks. But sometimes, users want to get current time regardless that ticker works.

Stop should reset to the initial state, while Pause should just stop ticking.
