[email protected] KexAlgorithm Broken Between libssh master, OpenSSH > 6.5p1

Testing pkd together with an OpenSSH client at or beyond 6.5p1 with will eventually result in a host key signature validation failure on the client side. As of OpenSSH 6.5p1, the new [email protected] key exchange algorithm is used by default:

  KexAlgorithms
             Specifies the available KEX (Key Exchange) algorithms.  Multiple algorithms must be comma-separated.  The default is:

                   [email protected],
                   ecdh-sha2-nistp256,ecdh-sha2-nistp384,ecdh-sha2-nistp521,
                   diffie-hellman-group-exchange-sha256,
                   diffie-hellman-group-exchange-sha1,
                   diffie-hellman-group14-sha1,
                   diffie-hellman-group1-sha1

This branch will reproduce the failure with ./tests/1k-openssh.sh locally, provided you point the SSH binary to one at or beyond version 6.5p1.

Filing this issue to track root causing the bug and eventual fix.
