• add module codegen paddings to avoid naming conflict under the same account (e.g., IAM)

• add automation for fetching access node's kubeconfig, kubectl context etc. (maybe in kmctl)

• add more informative codegen information (in kmctl)
• fix worker label (see: k8s issue #284)
• add cluster state store (allowing more than one access nodes); should be compatible with TF
