Tested methods to cause stat removal include switching out the user (either manually or through an opponent's Scare Away) and using Spa Treatment to heal status effects. Server logs indicate both battlers send null msgs, and connections are then forcefully terminated. Suspecting a bug related to stat removal routines for the speed lowering or something similar?

Seems to be a threading issue and a needed synchronized() block somewhere.

If an opponent's Teleport Blast knocks out the user's active member, the knockout message will be sent multiple times and the member's moves will still be selectable, though no action will be performed. Selecting another party member (either once or twice, I don't recall exactly) will fix the issue.

If a user affected by Wild Weed is knocked out from an attack, they can be healed by the move's effect after being knocked out, leaving no sprite on-screen but with their moves still accessible. This leads to a battle softlock, as the user cannot send a valid move to continue the fight.

While the server sends the requisite !useradd messages on the client's join, some part of the client either does not receive these messages or does not parse them correctly, and the userlist is not updated until someone on the server joins or changes names. Issue was introduced some time after the JAR available on-site was compiled.
