The position of the vowel character "a" is too low, even as compared to other vowels.
See the image below - the lower line is written using Eeyek font. The position should be as in the upper line, or maybe slight lower than that. At least it should not overlap with the character below it.

Another suggestion is to shift the vertical position of the vowel "e", represented by a small circle, to what is seen in the upper line in the image below. Right now the position of "e" in the Eeyek font is as represented in the 2nd line of the image below.
