Allow competitors to submit a bug to github issues and mark it as a competitor issue.
If a competitor wants to see the list of bugs then have bort look at the issues and produce a list of the known errors via a robot.router.

Accept input like "bort quickdraw in x minutes" from channel operators, then have bort countdown intelligently from x to 0 seconds.

Write a script so that bort can notify competitors when different competition events are happening (food, quickdraw, etc...). Some of this is written in the moment-test branch.

Send out an announcement to the channel when the docs repo or the status repo is updated

Bort listens to the sig game status page and if there is an update then it will announce to the chat what the post is.

Desc: Have competitors be able to publicly challenge other people and send a message to the challenged team and have them respond with a yes or no. If yes then have bort talk with the arena to create the game and view the results

Input: bort challenge
bort accept challenge

Output: Winner is because of <win condition/results>

Respond with like "No, the webserver is up," or "Yeah, webserver be down"

Adds a competitor to a list of people if they need help. Developers can then update if they have helped that person then.
