Instead of always running all environments, allow a user to selectively run environments.

Example of specifying an environment:

moby -e test

The current code base isn't tested. Add unit tests to at least have some tests.

Allow passing environment variables to the container by allowing it in the config:

envlist: [test]

test:
  run:
    - echo $BIRD
  passenv:
    BIRD

This should allow a user to pass an environment variable on the command line:

BIRD=word moby
