Need to protect the system via a user authentication system.

Current implementation of the Google Drive integration requires users to have a folder named "ACLX" at the top-level of their Google Drive. Need to allow a mechanism to browse the drive for the file they want to upload instead of forcing a directory structure.

Wrong environment variables set in code. Need to check for production vs. development environment.

Implement an event management system to track events and member participation.

• Add new events
• Edit events
• Cancel Events
• Import list of members who attended an event
• Scan a member's ID and automatically check them into an event
• Automatically publish events to Facebook and other social media sites
• Display a calendar (monthly) showing events

When a user creates an account on the forums, a new user should be created in the management application.

Consider a couple of approaches:

• Directly editing vBulletin registration code
• Creating a batch process that takes the current day's registrations and pushes them to the management database. Could be isolated code not part of the registration form.

Require an automated database backup solution. Prefer to backup/restore with single-click.

Users should be able to import spreadsheet data from their google drives.

Need to have a vehicle management system to track vehicles assigned to members. Some members may have more than one vehicle or may trade vehicles in over time.

• Map many vehicles to one member
• Track Ride of the Month winnings per vehicle
• Designate a primary vehicle (if only one, it is primary by default)
• Display member's primary vehicle in member card
• Display all vehicles in member details page
• Print primary vehicle on member ID

Google Drive Integration requires the columns be imported in a specific order. Should find a way to scan for appropriate columns and map them without the user having to intervene.

This is bad... need to get it done.

Need to add support for tracking Ride of the Month winnings per vehicle
