Schedule.spaced suspends on android + Schedule fails on web

slinky-native is used as wrapper for react native
top level bundle is handed off to expo, which in turn handles its deployment to android+web(+ios)

@JSExportTopLevel of the scala app to its js bundle happens here
domain logic using zio and the problems here

problems:

  • Schedule.spaced suspends on Android as soon as the app goes out of focus (android app's execution/instantiation on android is handled by expo machinery)
  • Schedule.spaced throws error on web.
Fiber failed.
