The background should be a sand for all levels, Or try something light so that ant can be seen clearly

The size of the ant should be a bigger at first level than the current size. As the level increases the size of the ant decreases.
The size that is done now should be the minimum size

The score and time should be more clearly visible like it should enclosed in a box with alternate and the size of text should be increased.

Make the color change so as to gather some attention to the score updation...

When an ant is killed just put something as a cracker for sound. So that it becomes a bit more noticing

Timer should ideally stop after the level is won..
Instead after the level is won, the timer times out and the level lose screen appears...

Add a new variable which decides whether to call pinch functionality anymore, given a win or game over event has happened or not.

The congratulations display has the time playing which needs to be stopped.

The ant's keep on spawning, and the ant limit bar is updated even after a level is won...

The time should be 1 min for each level.
The number of ants and speed of transition of ants should be increased , the threshold value should be same for each level (Which you may decide upon the necessity). The number of levels should be 6
