Academics android app for IITK students

This app takes data from the http://oars.cc.iitk.ac.in/ (website containing all the academic data of students of IIT Kanpur) and brings them to users with extra features of adding notifications on academic events and an advance course search system where users can search for course details by serch type as date, timings, professors, etc. Code for all these features is kept in java files folder and in layouts folder.

We used Mechanize and BeautifulSoup library of python for scrapping data from the website http://oars.cc.iitk.ac.in/ .The python scripts are in in Python Files folder.
