Currently bm d takes only one id as argument. Allowing a list of ids for deltion will be a useful enhancement.

The bm command prints the bookmarks list in an ACII table. When using split-view the table overflows the screen -- this is particularly because of long path names. The program should find out the actual width of the screen and then adjust the output so as to avoid output overflow. Maybe shortening the paths is the way to go. Need to think on this.
