Currently Tseng operates as a commandline application. This isn't particularly flexible or friendly for users. A user interface along with options and easy access should be provided for users.

Images should be extracted from the game instead of being bundled with the app

Tseng stops updating and crashes once FF7 is closed, even if it is later reopened. Updates will not happen until Tseng is closed and reopened.

Tseng should instead scan for a new FF7 instance, and connect to that if one is found.

Add status effect display for statuses given by equipment auto-*s for the field

Current status does not update while in battle. HP/MP/Status remain as they were before battle.

After battle the update is applied and status continues to track while on field.

I'm playing FF7 (Steam) with the Reunion mod and have noticed that Barret's Heavy (Hard) Vulcan weapon has 4 slots (linked) instead of just two.
So, I googled a bit and found that various sources have different opinions on that matter.
I'm not sure whether it's Reunion's fault or Steam version is different in that regard, but yeah :)

When in battle, using the Change command to swap rows does not result in a change in Tseng's display.

It would be useful to have an option to display basic stats (HP, MP, Status, Name, Row, Instance) for enemies while in battle.

Some equipment with long names causes the stat block of a character to drop below the character's portrait. Eg. Enemy Launcher for Barret

The ingame timer should be displayed, perhaps under the gil section. This should also ignore the ingame display cap
