1. Create a fork of the Dev branch, creating a forked version in your GitHub repositories.
2. Git clone forked branch to your local computer.
3. Create a new branch with the name assigned to this issue.
4. npm install to install dependencies.
5. npm run start to run dev server.
6. npm run build to build the project into the dist folder.
7. Add/Change the new branch.
8. Commit changes to new branch.
9. Push new branch to your GitHub repositories.
10. Click the Compare & pull request button in your forked version in GitHub.
11. Create a pull request to the branch on CCWebJobBoard GitHub repository assigned to this issue.
