in options.ini add your owner id you can get this by enabling developer mode in the appearance settings in Discord and you can grant roles permission to do stuff by adding the role ids from permissions.ini to get a list of roles do .listids

for Windows Open the Command Promt as Admin and do this command python run.py ## Note: you must be in the bot folder
