1. You should install Donut-Admin plugin and Donut-Theme for Question2Answer(Q2A)
2. Downloading packages and copy folder lang into /qa-plugin/Donut-admin/lang
3. Please visit to Admin - General - Site language: - Select Chinese Simplified - 简体中文
