Unfortunately, I found a problem with the ROS publisher and subscriber node using python.
Here my onhand steps are:

1. I created a workspace for catkin_ws
2. I completed updates and upgrades
3. I successfully installed all ROS packages in catkin_ws
   Then,
   I followed all steps by following http://wiki.ros.org/ROS/Tutorials/WritingPublisherSubscriber%28python%29
   But after creating, listener.py and talker.py files I could not able to run it using the pip / terminal command.
   Please check the attached file.
   
   
   
   why I found an error and why I can't run as rosrun beginner_tutorials scripts talker.py / rosrun beginner_tutorials scripts listener.py by following it- http://wiki.ros.org/ROS/Tutorials/ExaminingPublisherSubscriber ?

I am looking forward to getting a solution.
