Blue Sky Telco is a large mobile operator. It is hoping to implement a customer service mobile app to submit complaints and check their status. The mobile App will connect to a backend Service that will provide the functionality to store complaints and retrieve their statuses. Blue Sky Telco is requesting BIT students to submit sample implementations in the following format. After evaluating the implementations, the project will be awarded to the one or more students.
