Create a basic project structure which is simple, clear and easy to understand.

Tasks:

Flask App:

• Create basic Flask app using MVC structure.

SQLite:

• Setup sqlite db for Flask.

Tensorflow Serving:

• Create Tensorflow main directory (for tf_serving volume).
• Create models directory.

Docker:

• Create a docker file to run a tensorflow_serving container.
